By accessing or using mVuew, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. Description of Service
mVuew is a news understanding platform that aggregates, curates, and presents news stories from multiple verified primary sources. The platform provides multi-perspective analysis, timeline-based context, and personalized news feeds. We do not generate original journalism; we synthesize and present perspectives from licensed and publicly available sources.
3. Subscription and Payment
mVuew offers free and premium subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Charges are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees. Prices may change with thirty days' notice to you.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use mVuew to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform, its related systems, or networks. Automated scraping, data extraction, or reproduction of mVuew content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content, design, algorithms, and technology comprising mVuew are the exclusive property of mVuew and its licensors. Third-party news articles and source materials remain the property of their respective publishers. mVuew grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
mVuew is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform is free of viruses. News content is sourced from third parties and we make no representation as to its accuracy or completeness.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mVuew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine to be harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against mVuew.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending you a notification. Continued use of mVuew after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
